Hanafi fiqh-onujayi shohoje bojhate gele:

- Jehetu prothome samne samne apnake “tore talak” bole dite bolechilo 2 bar, shei dui talaq ghoshito hoyeche. Apnake tarpor “tumake stri hisebe grhon krlam” bole jodi sheta iddat-er moddhe (oddot-er moddhe) hoye apnar shongshar abar chole ashe, kintu oi duita talaq hisab theke chole jay na — mane prothom duita talaq already ghoshito hoyeche.
- Tarpor 3 maas pore jei bhabe abar “tore talak” boleche, seta prothom duitar porer arekta talaq; arthaat eti tinitomo talaq hishebe ganito hote pare. Tinitomo talaq hole eta ba’in (chirokal) hoye jai — tarpor apni nijeke tar sathe abar shadharon bhabe biye chara abaro shongshor korte parben na; abar biye korte hole ager sharto onujayi tar sathe apnakke onnanno ekjon purusher sathe shadharon (shar’i o shoriri) biye korte hobe ebong she biye bhanglar pori apni abar seyer sathe biye korte parben (halala).

- “Oddot” mane iddat — taraatib:
- Prottek maas-andosho hoi je nari maasik hoy, tar iddat holo tin maasik daur (tin menstruation cycle).
- Garbhoboti thakle iddat shesh hoy shishu jonmo porjonto.
- Maasik na hole (postmenopausal ba still not reached puberty) iddat tin lunar maas (tin mahina).
